Mr. Celender is a retired Volunteer Fire Fighter with over 35 years of emergency service experience and has been the Protective Services Instructor at BCAVTS since 2006. He is a Suppression Instructor for the Pennsylvania State Fire Academy, EMS Instructor and Rescue Instructor for the Pennsylvania Department of Health.
